We can now say our electronic signature platform, eSign by Edoc, is better than it has ever been.
It is practically a given that eSign by Edoc let’s you save time, and be more efficient…and it’s an altogether easier, more organized process to collect and store documents, all in one place for quick retrieval.
Here are 3 things you might not have known about eSign by Edoc:
1. We have more than 5,000 documents signed and stored each week using eSign by Edoc.
Want more proof of just how intuitive and easy our platform is to use? We have more than 777,000 approved and signed documents to date using eSign. We have intentional built eSign by Edoc so that sending and signing documents is simple enough for anyone to do, on any device. That’s even why we’ve uniquely set up our platform so that recipients do not have to have an eSign account to sign documents they receive. (We just happen to believe they will want their own account after using our platform.)
2. eSign by Edoc signatures are legally binding, as well as HIPAA and HITECH compliant.
Not all electronic signatures are done through a platform that is legally binding or enforceable. However, eSign by Edoc is just like a traditional signature in that it is legally binding.
Rules and compliance standards can be complex and they can change over time. Individuals, small and large-sized businesses, government organizations, and medical centers all have specific needs, but we find that they are all concerned with being able to use a platform that can provide reliable, compliant and legal signatures. We’ve built our system to do just that.
3. eSign by Edoc is a platform that integrates within an existing organization’s workflow and/or technology.
As said, we’ve stayed true to making eSign simple for our users. As a consequence of our discipline to this approach, it’s frictionless and intuitive to use, and ideally suited for companies with any existing workflow that needs to be streamlined.
Because we recognize most companies already have a procurement process or workflow design that works for them—but that could be improved—we seek to optimize that process. While eSign by Edoc can be integrated into health IT/population management technology and software, as well as used in its stand-alone format, it can also be integrated into any other existing framework.
This set up may be web-based, form-based, with an EMR, or simply integrated with a facility’s point of care system. We’ll work with you to create a custom solution that can be secure from start to finish, and give you real-time control over your forms or (newly) electronic paperwork/administrative process.
Interested in hearing more about eSign? Remember eSign provides users with the ability to send the same document to multiple signers, while only uploading the document one time. It also allows you to bulk sign, assign sequential ordering to documents, and it allows users to create a “living” document that can have ongoing signatures added over time.
